The Barn
Features: Many of the barn’s architectural features survive from the 17th century, including intricate, original riven chestnut wattle infill panels and original oak beams. These beautiful beams and weatherboarding allow sunlight to filter through the walls at sunset, making the barn a perfect, rustic and romantic venue for a countryside wedding.
Outside area: This timber-framed, historic barn is surrounded by tranquil rural farmland with a 1,000 square meter grass lawn at the entrance. The moated farmhouse is nearby, providing a perfect wedding accommodation option for the bridal party. The rolling hills and backdrop of the moat provide scenic backgrounds for photographs.
